What was your house sitting arrangement?
For our house sitting arrangement we swapped free accommodation for cleaning and gardening services, and we reimbursed them for their out of pocket expenses (e.g. cleaning supplies etc.) via PayPal.
We were so pleased with how they handled all of the challenges they had to deal with we also “tipped” them with a moped rental, so they could explore the Bodrum Peninsula.
What house sitting forum site did you use?
I used House Carers, but another site that came recommended was Trusted House Sitters. From what I’ve read, these two seem to be the most popular sites with the best reputation, although there are a dozen more sites that I came across when I was doing my research.
